Tristan is a practiced commercial professional with over 18 years in experience of developing and leading commercial teams. His experience encompasses the legal spectrum from contract establishment and review through contract management to negotiation and dispute resolution. Tristan is an admitted Legal Practitioner in multiple jurisdictions within Australia and also an Attorney in the USA.
Tristan’s broad background spans large (>$5B) construction, alliance, joint venture, and supply and manufacture agreements in the infrastructure industry. This is supported by his extensive experience of contracts for professional services, project management, procurement, and frameworks agreements in the areas of property, finance, and commercial law.
Most recently Tristan has led contract development, project procurement and transaction management of complex commercial and construction issues/projects and provided associated commercial advice.
As a key member of senior leadership teams, Tristan has contributed to the strategic direction of business divisions and regions, projects, and programs of work.
Tristan works collaboratively with all stakeholders and parties to establish commercial frameworks that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes with a transparent ‘no surprises’ approach.
