Commercial, Procurement, Engineering and Design Management services for the Sydney Metro West (WTP) Project.  WTP includes 9km of twin, metro rail tunnel between Westmead and Sydney Olympic Park, excavation and civil works for new metro stations in the Parramatta CBD and Westmead Health Precinct, earthworks, civil structures, utilities and connecting tunnels for a Maintenance and Stabling Facility at Clyde, and the excavation and underground structures for the Services Facility at Rosehill

Commercial, Engineering and Design Management services for the M1 Pacific Motorway Extension from Black Hill to Raymond Terrace. The project delivers a 15-km dual carriageway extension and includes a 2.6-km bridge over the New England Highway and Hunter River, and upgrades to the surrounding network, including the Hexham Straight Widening. The Hexham Straight Widening includes widening around 6km of the Pacific Highway/Maitland Road between the Newcastle Inner City Bypass at Sandgate and the New England Highway at Hexham Bridge to three lanes in each direction.

Construction management services for  

the M6 Stage 1, which is the missing link from Sydney’s south to the Greater Sydney motorway network making journeys easier, faster and safer. The Project will remove more than 2,000 trucks a day from surface roads, and help return local streets to local communities. This new underground tunnel will transform southern Sydney for generations to come, linking local communities and supporting employment opportunities and economic growth.

Engineering and Design Management services for the Sydney Gateway which will provide a new, toll-free connection from St Peters Interchange to improve journey times to Sydney Airport, the M5 and Eastern Distributor. This $2.6 billion Project is being provided to complete more than five kilometres of new road including 19 new bridge structures and over three kilometres of new pedestrian and cycling path.

Commercial, Procurement and Design Management services to successfully win and deliver  the Coffs Harbour Bypass Project. This project is a 14 kilometre upgrade to the Pacific Highway, consisting of a 12-kilometre bypass from the Englands Road intersection to Korora Hill and a two-kilometre upgrade of the existing Pacific Highway from Korora Hill to Sapphire Beach.  The project includes three tunnels at Roberts Hill, Shephards Lane and Gatelys Road and three interchanges at Englands Road, Coramba Road and Korora Hill.

Project management, surveillance and design management services for the Kingsford to Centennial Park Cycleway. This 2.8km bi-directional separated cycleway through Kensington and Kingsford was identified as a priority active transport connection and was granted delivery funding through the Stimulus Program under the Pinch Points team within ESC. The key objective of this project is to

improve the safety and connectivity of the cycling network by providing a fully separated cycleway away from general traffic lanes.

Project management services for the Pacific Highway Upgrades between Turramurra and Wahroonga. The project involved three TfNSW projects delivered under a single GC21 contract. The key objective of these projects was to improve congestion, traffic efficiency and safety along the Pacific Highway by removing the northbound slow-lane drops and modifying intersections. This provided commuters and customers with three consistent northbound travel lanes from Turramurra to Wahroonga.

Project and commercial management services for the Wentworth intersection upgrade. Key benefits of this project were to upgrade this location to a fully signalised intersection with new traffic lights and pedestrian crossings in addition to widening Baker Street and an extension of the right-hand turn lane on Wentworth Avenue to improve the safety of this intersection. The key scope elements included utility relocation works to allow widening the of Baker Street, New traffic signals, and street lights, as well as drainage, pavements, line-marking and footpath upgrades.

Assurance, commercial and project management services for the M4 Smart Motorway Project. The project scope included an intelligent upgrade of a 35-kilometre motorway from Concord in Sydney's inner west to Lapstone at the foothills of the Blue Mountains. A Smart Motorway system applied to the motorway between Pitt Street, Mays Hill and Russell Street, Lapstone. The project was delivered in five stages and used complementary technologies to monitor traffic conditions, manage congestion and respond to incidents in real-time.

Construction verification services for the Landside works at Western Sydney International Airport. Scope of the project includes the development of ground transport operational facilities to facilitate journeys to and from the airport. These include car parks, electric vehicle charging stations, along with holding areas for point-to-point transport services. The scope is also expected to support the integration of complementary infrastructure projects with WSIA, including the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport rail link and the M12 motorway.

Independent verification and construction services for  the M7-M12 Integration Project. This project will support the growth of Western Sydney by widening the M7 Motorway and deliver a seamless connection to the M12 Motorway. The project scope includes additional lanes to the M7 Motorway, one in each direction, for 26 kilometres between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Road at Oakhurst/ Glendenning. Also, the integration of the M7 into the future M12 Motorway through a new M7-M12 Interchange, an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to facilitate a new connection between the eastern end of the new M12 Motorway, the M7 and the local road network.
