 Sean is an experienced manager with a successful track record in client-side, construction contractor and engineering consultant project and program management, throughout the development and delivery lifecycle. With over 28 years of local and international experience, Sean has built high performing teams and project managed a diverse range of projects within the infrastructure, natural resources and building industries, receiving multiple awards.   

Sean is a conscientious and dedicated team leader and senior manager with extensive experience working within Client, Design Engineering and Tier-1 Contracting organisations.  During his 28-year career he has successfully managed private corporation and government works on local and international projects.  
 

Sean initially worked for major construction contractors in Australia and overseas, however for the past 17+ years he has mainly undertaken Client-side project and program management roles.  These have included a strong emphasis in contract / commercial management and engineering on infrastructure projects.
 

Sean is known for establishing and leading high performing teams with a strong commitment to delivering projects on behalf of his clients, with his teams receiving several awards (including the Premier's Recognition Award) during the recent 6 years contracting to TfNSW.  Sean has a ‘can do’ attitude to drive projects forward and strive to work within core values of leading by ‘vision, example and care’ and by ‘doing the right thing’.
