Themis is a Director of Strategic Solutions Group and an MBA-qualified Chartered Professional Civil Engineer with more than 26 years' experience across Australia's largest transport infrastructure projects. He is a Fellow of Engineers Australia (FIEAust, CPEng), registered on the National Engineering Register and as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), and has led the delivery and assurance of major multi-billion-dollar road, bridge, rail and tunnel programs — including the M7–M12 Integration Project, Sydney Gateway, the WestConnex tunnels and Sydney Metro Northwest — across both the client and consulting sides of the industry.

Tristan is a founding Director of Strategic Solutions Group and a senior commercial and legal executive with over 20 years' experience advising government and private sector clients across major infrastructure, resources and energy programs. He brings a rare capability mix that bridges commercial directorship and management with senior legal expertise — spanning transaction and bid advisory, procurement and contract structuring, governance and assurance frameworks, and risk-based commercial strategy.

Tristan has delivered front-end advisory and commercial leadership across projects exceeding $15 billion in capital value, spanning D&C, PPP, TOC, EPC, EPCM and PMC environments in transport, tunnelling, mining and energy. He has the proven ability to deliver major projects end to end and to establish and lead large commercial teams — mobilising commercial, contracts, procurement, finance and legal functions, embedding advisory teams into government and tier-one clients, and building the governance systems that keep complex programs on track. He currently serves as Group General Counsel to a major Australian engineering and infrastructure business, advising at board level on corporate strategy, M&A, major claims and enterprise risk. He is an admitted legal practitioner across multiple Australian jurisdictions and the State Bar of California.

For SSG's clients, Tristan bridges the gap that too often exists between commercial ambition and legal reality — pairing rigorous, clause-level judgement with the practical, delivery-focused mindset of a director who knows how to build teams and get projects built.

Jason brings more than 36 years' experience across the transport, building and construction industries to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Strategic Solutions Group. Over a career spanning a diverse range of projects, he has built deep expertise in the management of multi-disciplinary routine maintenance and major construction programs, delivered under every commercial model — design and construct, construct only, design only, and alliance. His delivery track record covers civil and earthworks, roads, railway stations and associated infrastructure, bridges and buildings, track, 1500V overhead wiring and traction supply, 11kV and 33kV transmission lines, substations, signalling systems, and ports and mining infrastructure. Alongside project delivery, Jason has led key business development functions and managed the submission of a wide range of tenders and proposals across both the construction and consultancy sectors. He is a strong communicator, adept at engaging governing bodies, senior executives, project boards, key client stakeholders and delivery teams across construction, asset management and maintenance projects.
